01 Birth Certificate Service
Birth certificates are available from every state in Mexico, including Mexico City. Minimum information needed is: full name (as it appears on birth certificate), date and place of birth, location of birth registration, names of both parents. If available, date of registration (registration’s year, at least. This information will help us locate records, as birth certificates are filed by date of registration, not date of birth. Most births are registered soon after birth date and are relatively easy to locate. However, some are delayed and are registered years after the birth date.
Marriage certificates are available from every state in Mexico, including Mexico City. Minimum information needed is: both names as they appear on the marriage certificate, and the date and place the marriage occurred.
If the divorce process was properly finalized, the certificates are available from every state in Mexico, including Mexico City. Information needed is: both names, as they appear on divorce certificate, date the divorce was finalized, date and place of marriage, very important too, because, even if the divorce is processed on a different state than marriage, the divorce certificate is going to be located at the Civil Registry where the marriage occurred.
Death certificates are available from every state in Mexico, including Mexico City. Minimum information needed is: full name and date and place of death, if it was on a hospital, we are going to need the name of the institution; or the street address, if it was an accident.
If you don’t have all the required information or are unsure as to whether or not a document exists, our agents can perform a record search. Please send us all the information you have available and we’ll help you in determining on the likelihood of locating the document being requested, the cost for record search is 25 dollars.

Apostilles are available from every state in Mexico, including Mexico City. Apostilles can be affixed to any type of vital record; birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates and death certificates. Apostilles are not issued by the Civil Registry; they are issued by the Secretary of State’s office in each state. The purpose of the apostille is to certify a document for use in another country. When making your request for an apostille, please include the country where you intend to use the document.

If you need a certificate translated from Spanish to English or English to Spanish, we have a translator available.
